This is a fantastic recipe which is perfect for loosing weight. The best way to prepare this recipe is by soaking the oats into milk. In case you do not like milk you can add curd. Soak your oats (2 tbps) in milk/curd and add one spoon honey. Leave it or some time. Top it up with your favorite fruits and nuts. You can also add pumpkin seeds and chia seeds to make it healthier. Best to be eaten at breakfast.
